Shipping and Delivery
We try our best to send your packages on time, however once your parcel has left our warehouse, we have little control over it.
Shop Xtreme is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier or courier company, especially during high volume periods.
Shop Xtreme can never guarantee a delivery date.

Any orders that may have excessive delivery costs exceeding $70, will be charged to the customer, prior to shipping.
If you are not home to accept your parcel, the carrier will send it back to their depot and leave you a calling card, where you will contact the carrier and organise a delivery date.
All Shop Xtreme parcels are to be signed for, unless a customer has requested it to be left on their property.
Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive an email from Shop Xtreme with your tracking details and a link to track your parcel's status.
