Returns Policy

All customers can return orders or items for 100% store credit with your online account, within 21 calendar days of delivery.

Your Items will need to be in their original condition, with tags, unworn, unwashed and unstained.

All returns are at the cost of the customer.

Items that cannot be returned

Once your return reaches our warehouse, it will be processed within 2-5 business days.

We will send a conformation email, so you know when your store credit has been applied to your Shop Xtreme account.
